In order for a member to qualify as a candidate for election to the Executive Committee of the Association, either as an officer or District Director, said member must have been a dues paying member of the Association during the membership year in which said member seeks election and must have paid membership dues for the preceding membership year by a date at least twelve (12) months prior to the election in which said member seeks election.2009-2010PRESIDENT:
